UNWIND — A Monthly Yoga + Myofascial Series
-more details coming soon
Class 1: Feet & Lower Extremities
We’ll begin at our foundation: the feet and lower extremities.
By bringing mindful attention and myofascial release to the feet, ankles, calves, and legs, we can explore how creating space at these more distal points of the body can influence the tissues and patterns throughout the entire body.
Through yoga, breathwork, and myofascial ball work, we’ll invite areas of tension to soften, improve our sense of connection and support, and create more ease in the body.
This practice is an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and discover how releasing one area can create a ripple effect of greater freedom and ease throughout the whole body.
Class 2: Upper Legs, Knees, Hips & Pelvis
The hips, knees, and upper legs are powerful centers of movement, stability, and support—and they’re also areas where we can carry a great deal of physical and emotional tension.
Through myofascial release, mindful movement, and breathwork, we’ll explore these deeper tissues and create more space and mobility around the joints. When this area is balanced and supported, it can influence alignment, stability, and ease throughout the entire body.
This practice invites us to reconnect with our foundation and create greater balance from the ground up.
Class 3: Pelvis & Low Back
The pelvis and low back are at the center of our body—connecting the lower and upper body and providing a foundation for movement and stability.
In this class, we’ll use myofascial ball work, yoga, and breath to explore areas of tension and restriction through the pelvis, hips, sacrum, and low back. By bringing awareness and release to this central region, we can create more freedom in movement and a greater sense of support throughout the body.
Class 4: Upper, Mid & Low Back · Organs & Core
Our back and core create the central support system for everything we do. This area is constantly adapting to our posture, movement, breathing, and the demands of everyday life.
We’ll explore the entire back body while incorporating the core, breath, and relationship to the organs. Through mindful release and movement, we’ll create space, support, and greater awareness around the structures that help us stand, breathe, move, and feel grounded.
Class 5: Cervical Spine, Shoulders, Heart, Lungs & Upper Back
The neck, shoulders, and upper back often reflect the ways we carry the demands of daily life. This area can become tight, guarded, and restricted, affecting both movement and breath.
This class will explore the cervical spine, shoulders, upper back, heart, and lungs through gentle myofascial release, yoga, and breathwork. We’ll create space across the front and back of the chest, soften areas of holding, and invite more freedom into the breath.
Class 6: Jaw, Face, Scalp & Brain
We’ll finish our journey at the head and face, exploring areas that are often overlooked but deeply connected to tension, stress, and our nervous system.
Through gentle myofascial release, facial and jaw work, breathwork, and nervous-system regulation, we’ll bring awareness to the jaw, face, scalp, and surrounding tissues. This practice invites us to soften habitual holding, quiet the mind, and create a deeper sense of ease from the inside out.
Together, we’ll complete our journey through the body—creating greater awareness, connection, release, and balance from the feet all the way to the head.
